Drop-off and Pick-up on American River Drive only
Drivers… Stay for Coffee + Park in Main Lot
Parents and guardians, please join us for coffee during/following student check-in! Reception hosted by the Loyola Guild and located under the Pergola outside the Gym. Those who plan to stay for coffee may turn right on the access road and park in the lot off our main entrance at O’Donnell and Fair Oaks.

What to Bring
- Electronic Device fully charged (learn more about the BYOD Program)
- Backpack to secure device and papers
What to Wear
- Please follow Standard Dress Code: JHS-authorized logowear shirt (collared) and dress code pants or shorts
What to Expect
- Meet their Big Brother & Homeroom Teacher
- Take school ID photo
- Set up technology + ask questions
- Meet their Counselor
- Attend a short teaching Mass (learn etiquette and pace)
- Learn about important campus resources
- Lunch with their Big Brother (lunch provided)
Cove Shopping / Clothing Closet
The Cove will be open for shopping from 8:00am-12:00pm.
Clothing Closet (new, gently used dress code items and dress attire) will be open 12:00pm-2:00pm, Outside Business Office (Jacob Lane entrance)

Click on ORDER FORM for a downloadable PDF to order your photos and bring with you to photo day and give to the photographer.

Just a friendly reminder, images become available to view online after picture day, and each gallery is protected with an “ONLINE CODE”. This will be the Student’s ID Number.
