Wellness Counselor
I am grateful to have joined the Jesuit community as a Wellness Counselor. This marks my 10th school year working with high school students as a counselor. Prior to coming to Jesuit, I worked as a school counselor at a co-ed Catholic High School in Mt. View and then St. Francis High School after moving back to Sacramento. Catholic education is near and dear to my heart, and I have personally witnessed the positive impact of a Jesuit education. Both of my brothers graduated from Jesuit High School, and I am an alumna of St. Francis High School, Sacramento. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I pursued a Master of Science in Counseling with concentration in Pupil Personnel Services and Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Wellness Counselor, I hope to provide a safe and supportive environment where students feel comfortable discussing their mental health, while equipping them with coping strategies to manage stress and personal challenges. I love working with high school students and look forward to being part of this community for years to come.
