SAF Scholarship Request Form

Please complete this form if you are applying for a need-based scholarship for your participation in a school-based activity or event. Before you apply, please be sure to participate in the Student Activities Fundraiser by sending 15 emails or raising $250 through the ETeamSponsor platform. You should receive a response within 5-10 school days. If you have any questions, please email Peter Ferrari, the Director of Student Activities, at peter.ferrari@jesuithighschool.org.
