NEW! FinalForms SMS Text Messaging

Jesuit High School Athletics will be the first department to use group texts for time-sensitive school-to-student/parent communications and alerts.

Jesuit High School is excited to announce that team-focused communication via FinalForms can now be sent via group SMS text messages. Coaches and administrators can now begin using the FinalForms Text Messaging system – Communication Command if they choose to. This is a streamlined, secure, and controlled method for one-way communication between administrators and coaches to students and parents.

Please note — this is NOT replacing the school’s Emergency Alert System. FinalForms text messaging is a quick communication tool for small groups, teams, or clubs.

Instant Communication

We hear you when you say, “I missed that email.” Now, you can receive messages directly on your mobile device. As this new feature is rolled out, Athletics will be the first to use it for time-sensitive communications. It will also be recommended that text messaging only be done between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. unless the schedule dictates otherwise (e.g., bus departure time is changed from 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 a.m.).

School-to-Parent and School-to-Student/Athlete Communication

We aim to streamline communication between the school and our families, enabling a more comprehensive, real-time communication experience for our student-athletes through a secure platform provider already in use.  

Privacy and Security

Rest assured that this texting feature prioritizes privacy and security, follows all federal communication guidelines, and provides a safe and protected environment for all users. All messages are time-stamped, user-traced, and archived for school safety records..

IMPORTANT: Please review the following points

Please add the following numbers to your mobile device’s contacts list and note that they are Jesuit text message communications.

• 877-433-7472

You may opt-out at any time.  FinalForms and Jesuit High School do not require that you opt-in to SMS Text Messaging, as you have already implied use of your mobile number if you provided it within the FinalForms school registration portal.

Teams using this communication method will send a notification just before their first message to alert you of their use.
