Therapy Llamas on Campus during Lunch

During lunch period, therapy llamas from a local organization, Llamas of Circle Home, will be visiting campus for students to interact with. In the past, we have hosted therapy dogs before finals as an opportunity for students to reduce stress, bring a little joy into their day, and take a pause during a busy time of year. This semester, we are excited to share that we are pivoting to llamas for a new experience thanks to TeamCARE’s enthusiasm. We look forward to learning more about these animals and taking some time to play before exams.

“So helpful! I left this event feeling like I had the inside scoop …I was no longer overwhelmed by this big transition to high school.”

This event is not mandatory, and while targeted to our new families, any current family is welcome to attend if they wish.
